Under Gary’s leadership, EZLinks scaled into a global industry leader and completed a successful acquisition by NBC, where it became a core component of GolfNow and the broader NBC Sports golf ecosystem. Gary brings decades of experience in scaling golf technology and tee-time reservation systems, vertical SaaS platforms, strategic partnerships, and enterprise growth. He serves as a Board Member at Edison Interactive, providing strategic oversight and deep expertise in golf, media, and technology.

Board Member

David Chessler has served as a Director of Edison Interactive since 2018. Mr. Chessler is an investor and operator with more than 25 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and business development. He is the Managing Director of Chessler Holdings, an investment firm he founded in 2004 that focuses on technology, hospitality, media, and consumer businesses.

David Chessler is a pioneering force in the GPS golf technology and connected sports platforms. As a seasoned serial entrepreneur, he has successfully built and sold multiple companies in the connected device and sports technology sectors. As the former CEO of both GPS Industries and ParView Inc., David played a foundational role in shaping the modern GPS golf experience, leading innovation, scaling operations, forging strategic partnerships, and driving successful exits.

With over 30 years of experience in the technology industry, J. Allen Dove brings a wealth of technical expertise to his role at Edison Interactive. His career spans various domains, including large-scale, distributed transactional platform development and operations, data science, infosec and machine learning / AI.

Allen is a respected technologists in CTV advertising, a pioneer who spent 20 years building SpotX from a startup into a global leader in connected television advertising. After SpotX was acquired by Magnite for $1.17B, Allen became the CTO of Magnite before joining Edison in 2023.

Josh Cariveau is Chief Operating Officer of Edison Interactive, where he leads operations, product execution, and revenue alignment across the company’s connected screen platform. He focuses on scaling operational systems that support Edison’s growth across hotels, golf courses, and premium hospitality environments.

Prior to Edison,   Josh served as President of SpotX, a global leader in programmatic video and connected TV advertising. As one of the company’s earliest employees, he helped scale SpotX from startup to nearly $1 billion in gross platform revenue, building one of the industry’s largest CTV advertising marketplaces. Josh brings deep experience in scaling high-growth technology platforms, international expansion, and performance-driven operations to Edison’s leadership team.

Nick Stanitz-Harper is the Co-Founder and CEO of Edison Interactive, a cloud-based technology platform that powers connected-screen networks across hotels and golf courses. He leads the company’s strategic vision, capital strategy, and global operations as Edison expands its platform across high-dwell hospitality and leisure environments.

Under his leadership, Edison has developed a nationally deployed system that manages in-room hotel TV platforms and next-generation golf cart GPS experiences, generating tens of millions of annual guest interactions. By integrating monetization directly within native screen placements, Edison transforms traditionally static infrastructure into recurring hospitality media platforms for operators and global brands.

Prior to Edison, Nick founded All Digital Circulation, helping global publishers transition to digital distribution, and later launched Sticky Media, building a large-scale regional digital out-of-home network across sports arenas, taxis, and hospitality venues.
