Jeremy Ostermiller
CEO & Co-founder / Board of Directors
A long time businessman and successful entrepreneur, Jeremy has a list of accolades longer than most resumes. He is the recipient of Denver’s 40 Under 40 award, was named one of ColoradoBiz Magazine’s Most Influential People, and (not to mention), is an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year winner. Needless to say, he has some seriously stacked experience in the digital media world.
The original founder of Altitude Digital (which he started with only $500), later named one of the fastest-growing digital companies in the country, Jeremy brings vast experience and industry knowledge to Edison Interactive. He has a keen ability to bring strategy and vision to underserved markets and successfully launch organizations into a media-driven world.
As CEO, Jeremy focuses on expanding Edison Interactive into new verticals, including partnerships with Fortune 500 companies across the globe. His savviness and digital wherewithal have pushed Edison Interactive into becoming one of the nation’s premier interactive technology companies and providers of software as a service.


Nick Stanitz-Harper
CRO & Co-founder / Board of Directors
Known for his exuberant enthusiasm in and out of the workplace, Nick Stanitz-Harper is an award-winning entrepreneur and business leader.
In 2021, he was recognized as a winner of the Denver Business Journal C-Suite Award and is currently a member of the Business Journal Leadership Trust, an invite-only organization. Nick is a three-time recipient (2020, 2021 and 2022) of the prestigious Titan 100 Award, a program that recognizes the most accomplished CEOs and C-Level executives in Colorado and in 2022 was inducted into the Titan 100 Hall of Fame.
As CRO, Co-Founder, and member of the Board of Directors at Edison Interactive, Nick focuses on driving revenue and bringing strategic partners to the table. Under his leadership, Edison Interactive was ranked #144 on the 2021 Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America and #27 on the 2022 Inc. Regionals Rocky Mountain list with 315% two-year revenue growth. His uncanny ability to connect, foster relationships, and drive innovation has secured Edison Interactive as the trusted interactive technology company for many renowned Fortune 1000 companies around the world.
Before co-founding Edison Interactive, Nick built and managed multiple companies in the connected device space. As CEO and Founder of All Digital Circulation, Nick developed a one-of-a-kind digital circulation program that is now used by global content publishers. From there, he started Sticky Media which delivered content to thousands of screens in sports arenas, taxis, and other facilities across the Rocky Mountain Region.

Greg Norman

Arguably the most successful athlete-turned-businessman in the world, Greg Norman is known as much for his entrepreneurial spirit in the boardroom as his dominance on the golf course. As one of the most prolific players in the game’s history, his career culminated in 2001 when he was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame with a higher percentage of votes than any other inductee in history.
Greg Norman now transcends the game of golf, with over a dozen companies around the world bearing his name and the iconic shark logo as part of the Greg Norman Company, which he leads as Chairman & CEO. His internationally recognized brand boasts more than 100 golf course designs across six continents, a global real estate collection, award-winning wine, golf-inspired lifestyle apparel, and a diverse investment division. Across all facets of business, the Greg Norman Brand consistently delivers the quality that his name is synonymous with and continues to inspire people to attack life.


David Chessler
Board of Directors
A serial entrepreneur, David is a deal-maker mastermind and largely focuses on capital investments and ABL secured investment turnarounds. David has extensive experience running a number of organizations and companies. As the previous CEO for both GPS Industries and ParView Inc, he oversaw day-to-day operations in addition to raising capital and focusing on strategic partnerships. He is the recipient of the Ernst & Young Technology Entrepreneur of the Year Award as well as the Young Entrepreneur Award for the state of Florida by the Small Business Administration.
David has continued to expand his investment portfolio, from real estate to company investments of all sizes, he brings a wealth of knowledge and unprecedented business acumen to the table. David currently serves as the Chief Investment Partner for the Great White Shark Opportunity Fund, in which he partners with Greg Norman, to invest in opportunistic organizations and startups, and is the Managing Director for J. Alexis Investments, LLC.

Dan Every
Controller
Dan brings extensive knowledge and experience in financial operations and strategy to Edison Interactive. Prior to joining Edison, Dan served as Chief Financial Officer for the Land Title Guarantee Company. Land Title is the largest title insurance agency in Colorado, employing over 700 employees in 50 offices with revenues of $120M+. As CFO, he led a large team in accounting operations that was responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, cash flow projections, budgets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and escrow accounting department functions. As Controller, Dan leads Edison’s finance team and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s accounting and financial functions.


Jim Grice
VP of Corporate Partnerships
At Edison, Jim is leveraging his strong background in strategic partnerships and sales to drive go-to-market strategy for Edison’s hospitality solution, Edison TV. Jim is responsible for overseeing and growing Edison’s internal hospitality sales team and he is heavily focused on developing key relationships and expanding the business. He works closely with internal and external stakeholders to maximize results and drive new business and revenue for the organization.
A former executive at DISH Network, Jim Grice spent 11 years with the company as Director of Sales and Operations. He was responsible for $350M in sales revenue and oversaw DISH Business’s national strategic partnerships, including the national hospitality business and airline partnerships. His key accounts included American Airlines, Wells Fargo, Hilton, Goodyear, Southwest Airlines and more. Prior to Dish, Jim was the Chief Marketing and Revenue Officer for the United States Olympic Committee. During his time at USOC, Jim successfully implemented new sales models, drove $585M in sales to support US Olympic athletes and hopefuls and managed Corporate Sales, Integrated Sales, Partnership Marketing and Event Services.


Sarah Takahashi
VP of Product
An experienced software product leader, Sarah guides the strategy and development of solutions that solve critical business problems at scale. She has led teams to build B2B product portfolios for startups, scale-ups and Fortune 100 companies. Before joining Edison Interactive, Sarah directed the product management team at Strive Health, a value-based healthtech company that provided predictive insights to doctors for the prevention of chronic disease progression. Stranger to no vertical, she also product managed Arrow Electronics’ global, B2B e-commerce platform, which generated $1B annually. When Sarah isn’t laser focused on product excellence, she is bringing out the best in individuals to foster a company culture of community, trust and accountability.
