About the Role: Edison Interactive is seeking a Director of Sales to join our National Ad Sales team. This role focuses on selling video and display advertising (CTV, DOOH) across our extensive network of tens of thousands of nationwide content screens. As we expand our reach and ad tech capabilities, we are looking for a proven sales leader with a strong track record in digital and media sales.

This is a remote position, reporting to the VP of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and partnerships across the U.S. with an entrepreneurial mindset, driving all stages of the sales cycle.
- Clearly communicate Edison Interactive’s unique value to clients, agencies, and programmatic teams, educating them on the benefits of CTV and DOOH advertising.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through effective pipeline management.
- Prioritize high-impact client engagements, focusing on brands and categories with the strongest market potential.
- Execute proactive and creative client outreach to secure new business opportunities and maintain a minimum sales threshold.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams including Marketing, Account Management, and Revenue Operations.
- Prospect and secure new business opportunities, lead agency and client sales meetings, negotiate deals, and drive renewals through successful campaign execution.
- Utilize data analytics to craft customized advertising partnerships for clients.
- Provide market insights and client feedback to Edison Interactive’s sales leadership team.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for your client portfolio.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital and video media sales to national brands and agencies.
- Established network of agency and brand decision-makers to bring immediate value to Edison Interactive.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage a high volume of opportunities.
- Experience in digital ad sales at a challenger media brand.
- Passion for building and nurturing relationships both internally and externally.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.

- Ability to identify client needs and close business by delivering measurable outcomes.

Base Salary Range: $80k-$100k base salary with a $200,000 OTE. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on company performance.
